Allison Exall’s practice encompasses all aspects of environmental law. Allison advises industrial and manufacturing clients on auditing, permitting, enforcement and compliance issues, including the defense of clients in private party toxic tort cases, as well as before the Environmental Protection Agency and state environmental agencies. She advises corporate and real estate clients on environmental issues in transactions. Her experience includes issues involving the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Endangered Species Act, Superfund, brownfields redevelopment, environmental bankruptcy issues, clean coal technology, climate change and sustainability.
Allison is the past Chair of the Environmental and National Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the past Chair of the Environmental Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association and the past Chair of the Environmental Litigation and Toxic Torts Committee of the American Bar Association. She also was a governor appointee to the Clean Coal Technology Council.
